Dr. Jones is a leader in the areas of school culture, shared and empowered leadership, continuous improvement, and common sense character education, where the role of the parent is honored as the primary character educator of their child.
Dr. Jones has been recognized by state and national organizations throughout his 30 plus years in K-12 education serving as a teacher, counselor, principal, and superintendent. Having given keynote addresses at state and national conferences throughout the country, his presentations have been described as “inspiring and truly entertaining” and “packed with creative strategies for every single adult in a school”. His work A Common Sense Guide to Character Education Implementation, is a roadmap for schools as they support positive character development in their students. This guide has been used by schools across the country.
Audience members are taken on an inspiring and emotional journey as Dr. Jones creatively reignites the deeply held passion our educators rely on to do their best work each day. High levels of engagement are achieved in part by incorporating the power of story through music. Having written songs for many years, he plays the guitar and sings his original music in every presentation. In the words of one audience member after watching Dr. Jones speak, “I’ve been a teacher for 27 years. Before this presentation, I was thinking I was ready to retire…not anymore! I’ve waited 27 years to hear that message! Thank you!”

“leveraging high impact strategies & leaving a lasting legacy”

“stamping out adult toxic behavior to transform school culture”
So many educators in our schools are simply trying to self-preserve as they deal with childish drama... by the ADULTS! Unfortunately, just a small number of toxic adults can create 90% of the drama and literally implode the implementation efforts of the best character education initiatives. It's time to recapture YOUR school culture!
“don’t just survive at work… thrive!”
Burnout is not just a risk for seasoned employees working in a stressful environment. Some of our best and brightest are experiencing signs of burnout in their first year of employment.
